Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Before an appointment

FedRepay provides the service, scope, price, meeting format, preparation instructions, and applicable cancellation terms before payment. The accepted client agreement controls if it conflicts with general website information.

Rescheduling and cancellation

• One free reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• One courtesy reschedule after a late cancellation or first no-show.
• Client choice of rescheduling or refund of the unearned amount if FedRepay cancels.

Refunds and completed work

No refund is due for work already completed. Any unearned prepaid amount is returned subject only to a legally permitted and clearly disclosed deduction. No policy waives rights provided by applicable law or card-network rules.
