What FedRepay never needs
- Your FSA ID password
- Your Social Security number in a public form
- Your bank or card information in an assessment
- Control of your StudentAid.gov account
- Your legal signature or attestation
Browser-local assessment
The current assessment calculates its on-screen result locally. Temporary saving uses session storage on the visitor’s device and does not transmit answers to FedRepay.
Documents and communication
Do not email sensitive records. FedRepay provides designated submission instructions after the written service scope is confirmed. Redact information that is not necessary for the agreed review.
Report a concern
If you believe information was sent to the wrong recipient or a security concern exists, contact FedRepay promptly at FedRepay@gmail.com or 602-377-6626.
Independence statement
FedRepay is a private company, not the U.S. Department of Education or a federal loan servicer. Federal applications and servicer assistance remain available free.
